I felt that the map itself was a little confusing. Might be a nice idea to leave signs and give a little more flair to the environment to help people navigate the different chambers of the heart and to get to each lung. Maybe a minimap?
ah dang there's a bug when you finish an order. you gotta leave the room and come back to progress and retrieve the CO2/Oxygen. that's why you don't make crucial edits 20 min before folks haha

I didn't see any problem with the game loop. And I felt like I was on a waterslide lol. Kind of a basic game, but I enjoyed it though.
